This is a rare, new old stock promotional poster for the 2003 film Festival Express. The images of the musicians are so cool, everyone is so young plus this would look great hanging on your wall.

The concert film is a. Compilation of footage from the Grateful Dead's Canadian train tour depicts the height of the band's music and fame for five days in 1970, along with that of performances from Janis Joplin, Buddy Guy, The Band and The Flying Burrito Brothers.

However, there's also a dark side shown alongside th. E seminal concerts, as when the train stops, the musicians are often confronted with worried promoters, inquisitive reporters and protesting students who can't afford ticket prices.

The poster is 8.5 x 11 inches folded; 22 x 33.75 inches open, full color. The "poster side" has photos of the bands; the "information side" has details about the concert.

This has never been hung or flattened. It has some waviness and soft creases from less than ideal storage, one hard crease with wear (see pics) and some minor general edge wear.
