Offering in NEAR MINT CONDITION.. A Very Rare Vintage Original 1978 CONCERT POSTER for. At the Rainbow Theatre, LONDON, ENGLAND - September 19, 1978 - CANCELLED. And at the SOUND & LIGHT THEATRE, GIZEH, EGYPT - September 14, 15 and 16, 1978. Rare 41 year old poster by artist Alton Kelley. Printed before the show in an edition of only 325 copies. This iconic poster was created for what would end up being a cancelled show in London three days following the band's three historic 1978 Egypt concerts on the Gizeh Plateau.

It features the same classic image as the Egypt poster but has the cancelled Rainbow Theatre information. Just 325 specimens of this poster were produced. This is your chance to own a very rare piece of history that will only increase in value. Printed on relatively heavy card stock.

Has been carefully stored in a dark smoke-free and pet-free environment since I acquired it. Any slight glare is due to camera flash. Due to the small print run this poster is a great investment that will only increase in value. Dimensions are approximately 20 1/16" x 30 1/16".
